Beleave Inc, (BLEVF) formerly Stream Ventures Inc, is a Canada-based biotech company. The Company's main focus is on the production of medical marijuana. The Company's subsidiary, First Access Medical Inc, is interested in a license to cultivate and sell medical marijuana at its facility pursuant to the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations outlined by Health Canada. The Company is working towards the development of patents through research with Canadian institutions as well as the research and development of cannabis-based therapies for patients, such as smoke harm reduction products, which includes portable and stationary vaporizes and accessories. Beleave Inc’s purpose built facility is located near Hamilton, Ontario.

Current facility is 14,500 square feet of production space, office space, vault, security monitoring, data storage, and full IT integration and it has capacity to produce 550,000 grams of marihuana per year.

Dec. 04, 2017 the company announce it has been granted a license by Health Canada to begin commercial production of cannabis oils.

Dec. 07, 2017 it announce that it has entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes, better known as their onscreen characters, Jay and Silent Bob. Under the agreement the Company, in partnership with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes, will be developing various proprietary strains geared towards the recreational market which will be available under the Beleave Kannabis brand.
