Nutritional High International
Nutritional High International Inc. (SPLIF) On December 27, 2017 announce that Calyx Brands Inc. (“Calyx”), a leading distributor of cannabis products in California, has received a Medicinal – Distributor Temporary License from the California Bureau of Cannabis Control (“Temporary Medicinal Distributor License”). Nutritional High has entered into an agreement to purchase the business of Calyx (as announced in a press release on November 7, 2017). The Temporary Medicinal Distributor License will enable Calyx to distribute cannabis to licensed medical dispensaries beginning January 1, 2018.1
